tport.stream Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what BIZ59 LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects when you visit tport.stream ("the Site"). tport.stream is a video and media hosting service for websites and apps. It is not open yet; for now the Site describes it and lets you ask to hear when it opens.

1. What we collect on the Site

Launch list. If you leave your email address to hear when tport.stream opens, we store the address and the date you joined in our list service (b59.link, also run by BIZ59 LLC). We use it only to email you about the launch of tport.stream. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove your address at any time.
Page counts. Pages on tport.stream load a small counting pixel from b59.link. It records the page, the site that sent you, browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address, and skips browsers that send "Do Not Track".
Server logs. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them after a short time.

We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels or third-party analytics on tport.stream.

2. Videos played through tport.stream

Some websites and apps already play videos through tport.stream (for example at cdn.tport.stream and media.tport.stream). When you watch one, our servers and our delivery network receive the standard request details any web server gets (IP address, time, file, browser) to send you the video, and keep them in short-lived logs. We do not build profiles of viewers. The site or app that shows the video has its own privacy policy for what it collects.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Launch emails are sent through our own email service. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, under this same policy.

4. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show, correct or delete the email address we hold about you, or stop emails to you. This covers rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and California law (CCPA/CPRA). Our legal basis for the launch list is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Write to us at the address below; we answer within one month.

5. Children

tport.stream is a service for businesses and site owners and is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect their information.

6. Security and storage

The launch list is stored on servers in the United States and the European Union, over encrypted connections.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. When the service opens, this policy will be updated to cover accounts and uploads before they are offered.
