tport.cloud Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what BIZ59 LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects when you visit tport.cloud ("the Site") or use the tport.cloud service: virtual servers, shared servers, databases and DNS hosting, ordered and managed in the console at app.tport.cloud ("the Service"), and what we do with it.

1. On the Site

  • Page counts. Pages on tport.cloud load a small counting pixel from b59.link (also run by BIZ59 LLC). It records the page, the site that sent you, browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address, and skips browsers that send "Do Not Track".
  • Theme choice. If you switch between light and dark, the choice is kept in your browser (a cookie and local storage) and never sent to us as personal data.
  • Server logs. Our web servers keep standard access logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and troubleshooting, and delete them after a short time.
  • Email to us. If you write to support@biz59.net, we keep your message and address to answer you.

We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels or third-party analytics.

2. In the Service

  • Account. Your email address, name if you give one, sign-in times, SSH keys and API keys you add, and the settings of your account.
  • Your servers and data. Servers, databases and DNS zones you create and what is stored on them. We run them for you; we do not look at what is on them, except to check a report of abuse, keep the service working at your request, or answer a legal request.
  • Network and usage data. Resource use (CPU, memory, disk, traffic) per server and the IP addresses assigned to you, for your usage page, billing and abuse handling.
  • Payments. Payments are made through Stripe. We receive the amount, date, country and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number. We keep the record of what you agreed to before paying (time, IP address and browser).
  • Emails. Sign-in codes, receipts and service notices are sent to your address. We send no marketing email unless you ask for it.

3. Why we use it

To run the Service you asked for (contract), to bill and keep records (legal duty), and to keep the Service secure and stop abuse (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run parts of the Service for us (hosting, storage, delivery network, email delivery, payments), only for that purpose and under contract.
  • Law enforcement and authorities. We share information about an account, its users and its content with law enforcement and other public authorities in the customer's jurisdiction and in ours (the United States and the State of New York) when we receive a valid legal request (such as a subpoena, court order or warrant), when the law requires it, or when we believe in good faith that it is needed to prevent harm to a person or to stop illegal activity on tport.cloud. Where the law allows, we tell the customer before we share.
  • A buyer of the business, under this same policy.

5. How long we keep it

Account data while the account is open and up to 90 days after it closes; payment and consent records as long as tax law requires (usually 7 years); logs for a short time. Content you delete, or content of a closed account, is deleted from the Service within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show, correct, export or delete information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. This covers rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and California law (CCPA/CPRA). Write to us at the address below; we answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

7. Children

tport.cloud is a service for developers and businesses and is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Where it is stored

Information is stored on servers in the United States and the European Union, over encrypted connections. Transfers out of the EU and UK rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, email account holders.
