tport.space Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: October 26, 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Service of tport.space, run by BIZ59 LLC. It applies to every account, key, file, server and link on tport.space, and to everyone who uses them.

1. Not allowed

  • Anything illegal where you are, where your users are, or in the United States.
  • Material that sexualises minors. We remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities.
  • Malware, phishing, spam, scams, or content made to deceive people.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, or that you have no right to share.
  • Threats, harassment, or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
  • Personal data of others collected or published without a legal basis, and stolen data or credentials.
  • Attacking, overloading or trying to get around the limits or security of tport.space, other customers or anyone else.
  • Files you have no right to share, including films, shows, software or music owned by others, and "free download" or piracy sites.
  • Sexually explicit material on public links, and any material that sexualises minors (reported to the authorities at once).
  • Using public links to host phishing pages, malware or stolen data.
  • Reselling or sharing an account in a way that hides who uses it.

2. Fair limits

Use that harms the Service for other customers may be slowed or limited while we talk with you. Plan limits are shown on the Site and in the console at app.tport.space.

3. What we do

We may remove or block content, revoke keys, stop services, suspend or close an account, and keep records, to the extent needed and where needed without notice. Payments for an account suspended or closed under this policy are not refunded. We share information with law enforcement in the customer's jurisdiction and ours as the Terms of Service describe.

4. Reporting abuse and copyright

Write to support@biz59.net with "Abuse" or "Copyright" in the subject, the links or names involved, what is wrong and how to reach you. For copyright, include the work, proof you own it or act for the owner, and a statement that the report is true. We act on clear reports quickly and tell the customer, who may reply.
