tport.stream Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the website tport.stream ("the Site"), run by BIZ59 LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to them.

1. What the Site is

tport.stream is a video and media hosting service for websites and apps that is not open yet. The Site describes the service and lets you join a list to hear when it opens. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, and features, dates and descriptions may change before launch.

2. The launch list

You may join the launch list with your own email address only. We will email you about the launch of tport.stream and you can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your address is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated sign-ups, no signing up other people without their permission, and no use that breaks the law. Search engines, AI assistants and other bots are welcome to read the Site.

4. Service terms later

When tport.stream opens, accounts and uploads will be covered by separate service terms that you will see and accept before you use them.

5. Content and trademarks

The Site's text, design and the tport.stream name and logo belong to BIZ59 LLC. You may link to the Site and quote it with a link back.

6. No warranty and limits

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, BIZ59 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Site.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
